Our heritage turkeys are the majestic Bourbon Reds, named for Bourbon County, Kentucky and their beautiful reddish-brown plumage. They are active foragers and do well out on our pasture. They are hatched here on the farm, raised on organically managed pastures and supplemented with certified gmo/pesticide/herbicide-free food. We process them here on the farm under the WV Producer/Grower 1000 Poultry Limit Exemption.
We will offer fresh turkey for Thanksgiving 2021. They make an attractive, sustainable and delicious addition to your dinner table.
We will begin accepting reservations in August.
